
Group fitness is an excellent way to lose weight and meet new people. USF Recreation & Wellness offers a variety of free group fitness classes. You can choose from Total Body Strength or Yoga classes. They are all nationally certified and will give a challenging yet rewarding workout to all levels of fitness. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned pro, there's a class for you.

The gym will remain open to the public. Group Fitness classes via Microsoft Teams will be available online. The schedule will be posted here, as well as any other important information. All Group Fitness classes are open to all, and there is no need for you to make reservations. You can register for a class online or at a kiosk in the Campus Recreation Center lobby. Participants who are not registered for a class can sign up as "Stand-bys" to be there five minutes before class starts. Group Fitness has another unique feature: Group Cycle. This indoor cycling class is a challenge for riders to improve their cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Its MyWellness App makes it easy to track your cardio workouts. Cycle Concert Series allows patrons live to their favorite musicians, with a new artist being featured every week. These programs are accessible to everyone and offer a great way to get your workout in while not causing too much inconvenience for others.
